1 Definitions

Until satisfactory verification is provided, bg337 may suspend deposit, withdrawal, and wagering functionality on the relevant account. Provision of false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active registered account on the bg337 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. bg337 monitors for duplicate accounts using technical, behavioural, and document-based methods. Any account identified as a duplicate will be closed without notice, and all balances including real-money funds and bonus funds may be forfeited at bg337's sole discretion.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

4.3 Account Security

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Minimum Deposit

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your bg337 account are subject to the following conditions:

5.4 Currency

Any foreign currency conversion costs incurred on the player's side (e.g., by their bank or mobile financial service provider) are the Player's sole responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bg337 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The bg337 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new Players only and is applicable on the first qualifying deposit made after account registration. A Player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus only once across the lifetime of their account. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus via multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. Until the applicable wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn. 6.4 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, account suspension, or permanent termination: placing contradictory bets designed to guarantee a positive outcome across multiple accounts; using automated scripts or bots to fulfil wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to abuse referral or reload bonus structures; and exploiting software errors or pricing anomalies to generate artificial bonus progress.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the bg337 platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each studio's games operate on independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. bg337 does not manipulate game outcomes. Markets are settled based on official match results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or BCCI as applicable). In the event of match abandonment, reduced-over results, or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, settlement rules follow the specific market provisions in force at the time of bet placement.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bg337 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

bg337 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months; or receipt of a valid legal order requiring account restriction.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to bg337. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds at the time of termination are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting bg337 support at any time. Voluntary account closure does not affect any real-money balance rightfully owed to the Player.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bg337 platform — including but not limited to the bg337 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive property of bg337 or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any bg337 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any bg337 content without prior written authorisation from bg337. Unauthorised use of bg337's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bg337 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, game malfunctions, delayed transactions, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

bg337's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

bg337 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. bg337 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where operationally practicable.

12 Responsible Gaming
